　　9月17日托福綜合寫作標題：

　　Topic 議題：該不應設立基金來按期撥錢掩護叢林

　　瀏覽：

　　由於大批叢林削減情況被損壞，發起撥款(payments)勉勵人們掩護情況。

　　1.防備人們用叢林來做農業(forests for agriculture);

　　2. 使住在叢林裏的人(forests habitant)生存的好些;

　　3. 進步生物多樣性(promote bio-diversity)。

　　撥款不克不及帶來上述的利益(bring about these three benefits)

　　1.假如不許可把叢林用做農業成長(forests for farmland)，人們會用高強度的技巧(intensive technology)來加大產量，對情況損害更大;

　　2. 所收款子當局不必定會用在叢林居民上。由於住在叢林裏的人險些都不是地盤主(people living in forest are mostly not the landowner)，只能獲得很少的錢。當局會把錢用在其他項目(project)上，而不是進步叢林居民的生存質量;

　　3. 不克不及增進生物多樣性，由於叢林的樹木種類是有限的，只會種貿易用處(commercial use)的樹，如oil tree。
