我國軍事戰略白皮書近日首次發布

　　Military strategy outlined

　　China issued its first white paper on military strategy on Tuesday.

　　It reaffirmed China's adherence to peaceful development and its "active defense" military strategy.

　　"China will never seek hegemony or expansion," it said.

　　For the first time, the paper noted that "some offshore neighbors take provocative actions and reinforce their military presence on China's reefs and islands that they have illegally occupied", and it is thus a long-standing task for China to safeguard its maritime rights and interests.

　　The paper said the navy of the People's Liberation Army will "gradually shift its focus from 'offshore waters defense' to a combination of 'offshore waters defense' and 'open seas protection'".

　　The paper also mentioned space, cyber space and other key secuirty areas.

　　軍事計謀白皮書首宣布

　　26日，中國宣布首份論述軍事計謀的白皮書。

　　重申將保持走寧靜成長的途徑，並采用踴躍防備的計謀思惟。

　　白皮書稱："中國永久不爭霸，不稱霸，毫不搞計謀擴大。"

　　白皮書初次指出："個體海上鄰國采用尋釁性舉措，在不法'占領'的中方島礁上增強軍事存在。" 是以，保護中國的海洋權柄將是一項歷久義務。

　　白皮書稱，中國水師將慢慢實現由近海防備型向近海防備與遠海保護型聯合的改變。

　　白皮書內容還觸及太空、收集空間等龐大平安範疇。
