　　Hungary summoned the Austrian ambassador as a row over the treatment of migrantsdeepens. The Hungarian foreign minister has deplored comments made by the Austrianchancellor who draw parallels between Budapest's treatment of refugees as Nazi Germany'streatment of Jews. 　　The United Nations has called more money from the International community to boost severlyunderfunded programs to aid displaced people in Syria. The appeal came from the UNhumanitarian coordinator in Syria, Jacob Hilo. Allan Johnson reports. Mr. Hilo said the fighting inSyria had already displaced a million people this year, and he believes that if the violencekeeps esculating, another million will be forced from their homes by Christmas. He said thatwithout a hope to the bloodshed, the exidites from Syria would continue and Europe would facea refugee situation comparable to that which followed world war II. Mr. Hilo also appeal forhelp for severely underfunded aid programs to try to sustain Syrians in their country whereverpossible.

　　The German foreign minsiter Frank-Walter Steinmeie says a significant progress has been madein talks with Russian, Ukraine and French counterpart about the conflict in East Ukraine. Mr.Steinmeie said all parties reaffirmed the ceasefire which has held for almost two weeks neededto be consoliditied. He said that further talks are needed about the details withdrawing heavyand light calibre weapons.
