　　Proposal：the chemistry department should offer money to student with good performance, because 1) it’s a motivation; 2) the department recently received a large amount of money.

　　The man disagrees, because a certificate is enough to encourage students to work hard and the money should be used to buy equipment.

　　Solution 1: Cancel the appointment, the tooth pain is lasting too long; besides, the dentist is pretty busy so it’s hard to make another appointment.

　　1. find the area with drops and carry them back to the net one drop by another;

　　2. use tools like bird feather to collect dew drops in the evenings and transport them back to their nets.
