　　11月10日口譯文章：更多中國人可享受新加坡自助通關辦事

　　新加坡移民與關卡局克日在宣布會上聲明，他們從11月16日起將會擴展並增強自助通關辦事體系，來使持有中國大陸護照的住民享有更多權柄。

　　政府通知布告表現，通常持有5年及以上新加坡多阿次來回簽證的6歲以上中國國民，並在曩昔12個月到訪新加坡最少3次，便可向移民與關卡局免費註冊，享受該辦事。

　　移民與關卡局表現，此舉將進一步為中國旅客赴新供給更多方便，並也將進一步拉動中新兩國的商務交換、商業來往和旅行業的成長。

　　本年歲首年月，該部分曾表現，在一月份到新加坡旅遊的中國國民持有新加坡屢次來回簽證的有用期可以延伸到10年。

　　此次的相幹政策也會使得配頭和低於21歲的後代從中受益，然則這要在主申請人相符請求情形下才行。當這個新政策宣布以後，相幹部分由加以彌補：即相符請求的申請者同時也能夠在新加坡檢討關卡處享有自助移民辦事。

　　Singapore's Immigration and Checkpoints Authority said in a statement that it will extend the enhanced immigration automated clearance system service - known as eIACS - to eligible holders of Chinese passports from Nov 16.

　　The authority said holders of Chinese passports aged 6 and above who are holding a valid five-year (or longer) Multiple Journey Visas issued by Singapore and have visited the nation at least three times in the preceding 12 months, are eligible to enroll for the automated service free of charge.

　　The authority said it will provide greater travel convenience for Chinese visitors and facilitate trade, business and tourism links between Singapore and China.

　　Earlier this year, the authority said eligible Chinese nationals who travel to Singapore from June can be granted multiple journey visas valid for a maximum of 10 years.

　　The same facility will also be extended to spouses and children under the age of 21, if the main applicant is eligible. When issuing the new policy, the authority added that eligible applicants will also be able to use the automated immigration clearance at Singapore's checkpoints.
