  中國企業助力墨西哥能源改造:投資20億美元

  中國外洋經濟互助總公司周五表現該公司將向墨西哥能源部分投資21.5億美元。

  2015年11月10日至12日,處於墨西哥北部的杜蘭戈州舉行了中墨投資商業展覽會,中國外洋經濟互助總公司同杜蘭戈州當局簽訂了代價21.5億美元的協定。

  該項目旨在扶植一座發電才能達1500兆瓦的結合輪回電站,中國外洋經濟互助總公司是重要投資商。

  杜蘭戈州經濟成長部部長裏卡多·納瓦雷特·戈梅斯向新華社表現,該電站“將分三個分歧的階段建成,每階段500兆瓦,為期兩年,直接發明事情崗亭1500個。”

  據納瓦雷特表現,85%的投資未來自中國,剩下15%則由墨西哥供給。

  他彌補道:“對付杜蘭戈州來講,這是一筆相稱大的投資,它為今後的各項投資打開了大門。”

  中國外洋經濟互助總公司總裁侯學軍稱,中墨兩國多個範疇的雙邊商業“穩步”加強。

  他還表現,公司對付墨西哥在曩昔三年所舉行的各項構造性改造表現迎接,特殊是能源部分的對外開放,這為外國企業和墨西哥私營企業進軍能源範疇發明了機遇。

  展覽會構造者之一——中華企業家協會主席包榮林向新華社表現,該項目將於2016年3月啟動,毫無疑難,這個項目將為墨西哥帶來新的就業機遇,並會增進墨西哥經濟的成長。

  今年度的中墨展覽會在墨西哥城班科默博覽中間舉行,吸引了兩國400多家企業和投資者。

  貿易機遇,主如果墨西哥轉型中的家當、礦業、煤油、能源、電信和農業等範疇的商業機遇,是本次展覽會的重要內容。

  China National Corporation for Overseas Economic Cooperation (CCOEC) is set to invest $2.15billion in Mexico's energy sector, the company said on Friday.

  CCOEC signed the $2.15-billion agreement with the government of Mexico's northern state ofDurango at the 2015 China-Mexico Trade and Investment Expo and Forum, held here fromNov10-12.

  The project, in which the CCOEC will be the main investor, calls for the construction of acombined cycle plant with a capacity of 1,500 megawatts.

  The plant "will be built over three different stages of 500 (MW) each," Durango's Secretary ofEconomic Development Ricardo Navarrete Gomez told Xinhua. "Each stage will be developedover a two-year period, generating 1,500 direct jobs."

  According to Navarrete, China will finance 85 percent of the investment, with the remaining 15percent coming from Mexican sources.

  "This is quite a large investment for Durango, but it opens up future investment" possibilities,he added.

  CCOEC's President Huo Xuejun said bilateral businesses in various fields have been"steadily"strengthened.

  Huo said his company "is pleased with all the structural reforms Mexico has undertaken" in thepast three years, especially the opening-up of the energy sector, which provides both foreignand Mexican private firms with opportunities to venture into the industry.

  Bao Ronglin, the head of Zhonghua Business Owners Association, one of the forum'sorganizers,told Xinhua that the project, set to begin in March 2016, is certain to "lead to newjobs andeconomic development in Mexico."

  The annual China-Mexico expo and forum brought together more than 400 companies andinvestors from both countries this year at Expo Bancomer exposition center of the MexicoCity.

  The forum highlights business opportunities, mainly in Mexico's transformation industry,mining,oil, energy, telecommunications and agriculture.
