Asians lead the world in the number of days worked without taking vacation, a new study shows.

According to Expedia's Vacation Deprivation study, Japanese workers are offered an average of 20 days off each year and take only 12.

South Koreans, on average, are given 15 days and take a paltry six to themselves.

On the other side of the globe, workers in Finland, France, Germany and Spain are all given 30 days of vacation each year - and they take every single day.

Fifteen days are given to the typical American worker, and they leave four days of vacation on the table at year's end.

The study did not cover China.
