　　The disadvantage of online business is job loss.

　　Because we can do everything online and bosses want to decrease costs, there will not be a lot of staff, such as waiters, sales and so on.

　　If there is no need, many people will not have jobs and income. As a result, the whole society will not become terrible.

　　Although there are broad gains for the society, the problem of unemployment caused by e-commerce deserves public concern.

　　Having realized that online business pattern could curtail the expense on labor cost, most entrepreneurs are likely to embrace a shift to web-based form from traditional bricks-and-mortar one.

　　The recent Walmart announcement of its plan to close over 250 stores throughout the world in 2016 could illustrate this point. This, consequently, would give rise to redundancy.
