加拿大遣返攜帶未成年人色情信息的中國遊客

　　The Embassy of China in Canada confirmed in astatement on its official website Monday thatChinese citizens have been deported for havingpornographic pictures or videos of children on theircellphones or laptops.

　　An official account "iask-ca" on the WeChat socialnetwork, claimed Sunday that two Chinese studentswho were separately trying to enter the country wererecently deported by Canadian customs for having child pornography on their mobile phones.

　　According to iask-ca, Canadian customs found obscene content in the two students' WeChat, amessaging app.

　　Meanwhile, the Chinese embassy statement did not specifically confirm the truth of these twocases. The embassy warned Chinese citizens who plan to come to Canada to delete sensitive orillegal content on their phones, computers or hard disks before traveling.

　　同時，中國大使館的聲明並未明白確認這兩起案件的本相。大使館提示那些盤算到加拿大旅遊的中國國民，在來以前要刪除他們的電話、電腦或硬盤上的敏感或不法內容。

　　According to Canadian laws, persons who make, possess, distribute, or access childpornography can be sentenced to a jail term of between six months and 14 years.

　　加拿大司法劃定，凡制造、持有、流傳或閱讀觸及未成年人色情信息的職員，將被判處6個月至14年的羈系。

　　While many on Chinese social media questioned whether Customs officials violated passengers'privacy by going through their phones, but according to Canada Border Services Agency'scode of conduct, Customs officers have the right to search passengers' electronic devices.

　　海內交際媒體上很多網友質疑加拿大海關職員檢察搭客電話是不是侵占隱私，但按照加拿大邊疆辦事局行動範例，海關職員有權查抄搭客的電子裝備。
