聯合國安理會譴責朝鮮導彈試射

　　The United Nations Security Council hascondemnedNorth Korea for its submarine launched ballisticmissile testSaturday, calling it "another seriousviolation" of existing U.N.resolutions.

　　結合國安理睬訓斥朝鮮禮拜六舉行的潛射彈道導彈實驗，稱這次試射是對現有結合國決定的又一次緊張違背。

　　In a statement issued Sunday, the Councilsaid thesemissile activities "contribute to the DemocraticPeople'sRepublic of Korea's development of nuclearweapons delivery systems,"while increasing globaltensions.

　　結合國安理睬在禮拜天揭櫫的一份聲明中說，這些導彈試射行為是“朝鮮民主主義國民共和國為了開辟其核兵器輸送體系”，加重了環球局面重要。

　　The statement also warned that the SecurityCouncil will "take further significant measures"against the North,just weeks after imposing tough new sanctions to pressure Pyongyang tocomplywith existing U.N. mandates.

　　這份聲明還告誡說，結合國安理睬將對朝鮮采用進一步龐大舉動。幾周前，安理睬方才對朝鮮實行了新的嚴格制裁，對平壤施壓，使其遵照現有結合國決定。

　　Pyongyang's state-run KCNA news agency saidthe latest test, which was personally monitoredby leader Kim Jong Un, provedthe reliability of its submerged launching system. However,South Korea called the test afailure, noting that the missile traveled only 30 kilometers beforefallinginto the sea. The flight was well short of the minimum 300 kilometer range forthe type ofmissile tested, and one Seoul government source said the missile’s enginemalfunctionedshortly after it was launched.

　　朝鮮官媒朝中社傳播鼓吹，最新一次導彈試射獲得了朝鮮引導人金正恩的親身指點，證實了其水下發射體系的靠得住性。不外，韓國方面稱朝鮮這次導彈發射失敗，說導彈落入海中以前，只在空中飛翔了30千米，遠遠低於這種導彈的300千米的最低射程。首爾政府的另外一新聞起源表現，這次試射導彈的發念頭在發射後不久就湧現了妨礙。

　　Earlier, U.S. President Barack Obama saidit is "clear that North Korea is actively engaged inprovocativebehavior." During a visit toGermany, Obama also dismissed a North Korean offer toimpose a moratorium onnuclear tests if the U.S. suspends annual military drills with SouthKorea.
