　　I think the situation depends, for those 65 year old people, who are in good health condition, passionate about their careers and willing to work more years, they should be respected and encouraged; coz they are still in their prime time and are highly productive, a compulsory policy asking them to retire is both stupid and a great waste of valuable human resources; but for others, who are less energetic, or are longing for a retirement long before this age, they just want to enjoy their declining year at home, and their wishes should be taken into consideration as well.
