7月起北京市婚姻登記必須有頒證儀式

　　This is the first amendment to the marriageregistration rules since 2005.

　　Announcing the move, the director of the marriageregistration department at Beijing Civil AffairsBureau, Han Mingxi, said the new rules emphasizedthe importance and authority of registration, aiming to remind new couples to respect andcherish their marriage.

　　北京市民政局婚姻掛號處主任韓明希表現，這項新的條例誇大了婚姻掛號的主要性和威望性，目標是提示新人尊敬和珍愛婚姻。

　　Those who wear clothing that's too casual and informal will be advised to get changed, saidHan, as informal dress shows no respect for marriage.

　　韓主任表現，對付那些穿戴隨便的新人，咱們會賜與提示，由於穿戴隨便表示了對婚姻的不尊敬。

　　New couples will be able to invite their family and friends to witness their registration in awedding ceremony decorated hall, with some wedding rituals such as the expression ofgratitude to parents and the exchange of love tokens.
