　　What’s more，I have involved in many teaching experiences in China and abroad. During my practice，I have gained deep perception of students’characteristic of Chinese，Singapore and America. Besides，my students are not only children but also adults. This rich teaching experience enhance my ability to teach students in accordance with their personality and competence.
