Required documents
Secondary school-leaving certificate and all further documents which entitle you to study at university in your country of origin. All documents have to be translated in German or English. Please make sure that your documents are complete.
· Candidates from China, Mongolia, and Vietnam need additional documents.

Fees
No tuition fees are required except for a fee of 100 Euro at the end of the program for the final Master exam including the Master thesis. In addition a fee of currently 261 Euro is required per term for matriculation at the Goethe-University. This fee includes free public transport in Frankfurt and surroundings.
All applicants who hold non German certificates (as well as International Baccalaureate and European Baccalaureate) have to pay 75 € for the pre-check of their application by uni-assist. In case you apply for several uni-assist member-universities you have to pay € 15 for each supplementary application.
When should you pay the fees? Please note that uni-assist will only process your application after receipt of your payment! You should pay the fee before or at the same time you post your documents, and we recommend that you enclose a copy of your payment slip in your application documents.
Costs of Living
Students will need to organize their own accommodation. Limited space in Student Housings is available. In case of difficulties, the coordinator is willing to advise you. Living costs in Frankfurt may range from about 600 to 800 Euros per month per person.

Finding a Job
For private job hunting please check the job offers published in local newspapers, such as, on Fridays, the Frankfurter Rundschau, or, on Saturdays, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ), or Uni-Report/Stellen aktuell, or search via internet. In addition to this you may also contact particular firms and their personnel department directly.
The University itself also offers jobs for graduate assistants or students assistants/tutors; please have a look at the bulletin boards in your academic section or enquire at the institute of your choice.
