　　UTS has English language proficiency requirements for all its courses for all students.

　　Please check the requirements that apply to you.

　　Note: These requirements may apply to you, even if you are not an international student.

　　Once you have read these English language requirements, if you are not an international student, you should return to the main future students site.

　　I am an international student and I:

　　have completed a qualification or course in English

　　completed my previous education in a language other than English

　　am applying to study undergraduate Nursing at UTS

　　Note: Special consideration may be given to students sponsored through aid programs.

　　If your previous education was not conducted in English you are required to demonstrate proficiency in English by completing an English language test or program recognised by UTS. English language proficiency test scores are recognised by UTS provided they were obtained less than two years prior to application at UTS.

　　The English language results required to meet UTS English language requirements for entry into the respective courses are listed below. For all combined courses, the highest English language requirement test scores apply.

　　Please note that the TOEFL Paper Based Test is currently being phased out by TOEFL. UTS will continue to accept TOEFL PBT scores, provided the test was taken within the two years prior to application at UTS.

　　Undergraduate coursework English language requirements

　　Bachelor of Arts Bachelor of Education

　　Bachelor of Arts Bachelor of Education (Honours)

　　Bachelor of Design (Honours) in Animation

　　Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Communications

　　Bachelor of Nursing

　　Bachelor of Nursing Bachelor of Arts in International Studies

　　All Engineering and Information Technology courses

　　All other courses

　　For all combined courses, the applicable English language requirement will be the highest score indicated for either of the combined courses.
