調查顯示:過半員工年終獎將低於5000元

  Some 40 percent of respondents are not satisfiedwith the state of their year-end bonuses as SpringFestival, or China's Lunar New Year, approaches,according to a survey by China Youth Daily.

  依據《中國青年報》的一項查詢拜訪表現,跟著中國陰歷新年,也便是春節的鄰近,約40%的受訪者對本身的年關獎不滿足。

  The survey finds that 20 percent have received abonus, while 16.8 percent didn't expect to receiveany such reward, one month out from the festival.

  查詢拜訪發明,在間隔春節另有一個月的時光的如今,有20%的受訪者已拿到了年關獎,有16.8%的人原來沒有盼望著能獲得這類嘉獎。

  Of the respondents, 55.6 percent say their bonuses will be less than 5,000 yuan and 16percent predict the amount to be between 5,000 and 10,000 yuan. Some three percent thinkthey will receive 30,000 yuan after one year's work and 18.3 percent are likely to get less than1,000 yuan.

  在全部受訪者中,55.6%的人表現本身的年關獎將在5000元如下,16%的受訪者猜測年關獎在5000元至1萬元間。約3%的受訪者表現年關獎會跨越3萬元,18.3%的受訪者年關獎大概在1000元如下。

  Su Xiaoxu, who works at a state-owned enterprise, says she expects almost no bonusbecause the stock market and policy were so volatile in 2015.

  在某國企事情的蘇曉旭表現,本年的年關獎本身就不抱甚麽盼望了,由於2015年的政策和股市顛簸太甚激烈了。

  Amid the economic slowdown, 42.7 percent think they will receive less of a bonus than in 2014,while 20 percent predict more extra money this year.

  在經濟情勢整體下滑的配景下,和2014年比擬,42.7%的受訪者以為年關獎會比客歲少,而只有20%的受訪者會以為本年能比客歲多一些。

  The survey also finds that of respondents working for foreign companies, 29.8% are satisfiedwith their bonuses, while in SOEs the figure is 28.5%, and for employees in private business, 15%.

  查詢拜訪還發明,外企中,對年關獎滿足的受訪者為29.8%,國企中這一數字為28.5%,民企中這一數字為15%。
