濟南超越北京 再成我國首堵城市

　　Jinan, capital of east China's Shandong Province,ranked as the country's most congested city duringthe first quarter, followed by Beijing and Hangzhou,a traffic congestion report showed last Wednesday.

　　上周三宣布的一份交通擁擠申報表現，中國東部的山東省省城濟南成為一季度我國擁擠最緊張的都會，緊隨厥後的是北京和杭州。

　　It is the second time that Jinan surpassed Beijing tobe the most jammed city since the third quarter oflast year, according to a report compiled by mapservice provider AMAP and a transport researchcenter attached to the Tsinghua University.

　　該申報由輿圖辦事供給商高德輿圖結合清華大學部屬的某交通研討中間體例。申報稱，這是濟南繼客歲三季度以後，再次超出北京成為第一"堵城"。

　　Other top 10 of most congested cities include Harbin, Chongqing, Zhengzhou, Shenzhen,Guiyang, Kunming and Guangzhou.

　　其他進入"堵城"排行榜前10的都會有：哈爾濱、重慶、鄭州、深圳、貴陽、昆明和廣州。

　　Traffic congestion eased greatly during the first quarter, as large numbers of people working incities traveled back to their hometowns to celebrate the spring festival, AMAP analyst FangYiduo said.

　　First-tier cities including Beijing, Guangzhou, and Shanghai see congestion reduce by 40percent during the same period, Fang added.

　　In terms of speed, the average speed in rush hours in Jinan was slightly over 20 kilometers perhour.

　　在速率方面，濟南岑嶺時段的均勻時速略高於20千米每小時。

　　Hong Kong performed well with a traffic speed of nearly 30 km per hour in rush hours thanks toits advanced transport infrastructure and high proportion of highway.

　　得益於先輩的交通基本舉措措施及高比例的高速公路，香港在交通活動速率方面表示優越，在岑嶺時段約莫為30千米每小時。
