簽證的有用期：簽證的有用期，是指從簽證簽發之日起到今後的一段時光內答應持有者入境的時光刻日，跨越這一刻日，該簽證便是無效簽證。一樣平常國度發給3個月有用的入境簽證，也有的國度發給1個月有用的入境簽證。有的國度對簽證有用期限定很嚴，如德國只按申請日期發放簽證。過境簽證的有用期一樣平常都比擬短。
