Applications are reviewed in the order that we receive the SPFs, so we encourage you to complete yours as soon as possible.

5. Send your supporting documents
To get a full picture of your academic history, we require your transcripts from any academic institution you have attended from grade 9 to present. We will let you know what we’ve received and what we still require (along with submission deadlines). We cannot consider your application until we have all of your supporting materials. If you are currently studying the International Baccalaureate system, Indian high school system or the GCE system please have your school fill out the official Engineering predicted grade form. For students following the U.S. High school system, transcripts (midterm and/or final) must be sent to us electronically by Parchment. If your school does not use Parchment you may send your transcript to our office by mail. Applicants studying the Chinese education system are asked to have their Gao Kao, and if applicable, final Post-Secondary transcript results verified by the CDGDC - China Qualifications Verification service. All Post-Secondary transcripts from Institutions in Ontario must be submitted electronically.
