NOTE: It is a good idea to make several photocopies of important documents, including your plane tickets, passport, Study Permit, Temporary Resident Visa and prescriptions for drugs, and keep them separate from your original documents. Leave one copy at home, with a family member or trusted friend, and keep another copy in your luggage.
While traveling, always carry your original documents and money on your person – do not put these things in your luggage because they can get lost in transit!
